This time we will be joined by Katie Langridge, General Secretary for Stage Directors UK.
SDUK is the newest creative trade union in the UK, created for stage directors/choreographers, by directors and choreographers. General Secretary Katie Langridge would like to introduce you to what the union is currently working on, what membership includes and how she can help when directors/choreographers are facing contractual disputes or looking for advice. Directors are currently facing unsustainable fees and conditions and SDUK is working hard to make change so that directors/choreographers can sustain a career in the industry we all love.
We will also be gathering feedback as we enter planning for our 2027-30 Business Plan.
